Hiring Process

> We make the hiring process at EFCO easy for you. Complete the steps below to ensure your online application is processed correctly.

You have 2 options:
1) Complete the online application OR 2) E-mail us a resume.
If you choose to complete the online application‚ it will take approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to complete the process with your correct address and contact information‚ education and work history. Be sure to include as much detail as possible. You must complete all required fields for the application to be submitted correctly.
We will acknowledge your information by an automated message that will say‚ “Thank you for completing the online application.” If you do not receive this message‚ contact us through either phone or email.

After you apply

The recruiter for your position will review your application. We will contact you directly if your qualifications are a good match with our hiring needs. Please note‚ due to volume‚ we are not able to individually follow-up with every application to confirm receipt. The automated message‚ “Thank you for completing the online application.” is your confirmation that your application has been received.

Interview Process

Our interviewing process varies by position. Generally interviews will be conducted via the telephone or directly with the hiring manager.

Once selected for a position‚ the hiring manager or human resources will talk you through the compensation‚ benefits and other important information to know when starting as a new employee with EFCO
