Title: Engineer-in-Training (EIT)

Position Summary: Assists in designing concrete forming solutions. Compiles visual perception of EFCO's products to be used in sales, manufacturing and erection of EFCO forms. Provides engineering support to assist sales and enables customers to use EFCO products in a safe and efficient manner. Recommends methods, materials and layouts for improvement based on manufacturing needs and capabilities. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures for forming applications. This is a learning position with intention to gain knowledge of EFCO's engineering applications and Project Plan.

Requirements: College engineering degree with a preference for Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering. Construction experience, a plus with up to 1 year of professional experience. Must have working knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). Must obtain EIT certification before becoming eligible to move to District Engineer levels. Strong written and oral skills a must. Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational and PC required. Some travel required.
