Title: Territory Manager-in-Training (TNT)

Position Summary: The Territory Manager-in-Training (TNT) position is designed to train new employees on our products and sales processes, to prepare them to become a Territory Manager (TM) and successfully sell concrete forming solutions to the construction industry. Our comprehensive training program includes product knowledge and sales technique training in a class room setting as well as spending time with experienced employees out in the field. You will learn to develop leads, propose solutions, and manage relationships inside the concrete forming industry.

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for individuals with a good work ethic and strong competitive drive, a Bachelors degree in a related field to engineering or sales and a mechanical aptitude.
